About this event
Expertly guided by our host, this panel event will debunk beliefs that an 'ambition gap' remains between men and women. The session will explore whether it is ambition that is lacking or a lack of support and sponsorship of women. Are organisations still trying to 'fix' women instead of fixing the system... and what about the innumerable invisible barriers to promotion or progression that aren't talked about.
Mandy Rawlinson, Head of UK and EMEA Investments at Aberdeen will share an exclusive from her new book pre its official launch on 26 February, showcasing practical career learnings, frameworks and strategies for professional women, with our expert panel providing insight, real-life examples and practical tips to enable women to be confident in reaching their potential.
