Future Leaders Shadow Board and Memberships Committee
Zoe is an investment analyst at Barings, she joined the business in 2021 and is responsible for fundamental equity research within their small cap equity funds. Prior to Barings, Zoe was an equity analyst at Tilney Smith & Williamson, having joined the firm in 2017 after completing her BA Hons in Economics & Sociology from Trinity College, Dublin. She was recognised for her impact by being ‘highly commended’ in the 2020 Women in Investment Awards ‘Rising Star of the Year’ category, and a finalist in the Portfolio Advisor Wealth Partnership Awards. She has completed the IMC, ESG Certificate in Investing, and is a CFA II candidate.
Zoe believes diversity to be crucial; by bringing a broad range of backgrounds, skills and experiences to the table, not only business, but society as a whole stands to benefit from a larger talent pool and wider spectrum of creativity and perspectives. At university she was a founding member of her Student Managed Fund’s Female Initiative, organising a Women in Leadership panel event, and more recently played a part in the founding of the TS&W Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
Zoe joined WIBF in February 2021 as a member of the Future Leaders Shadow Board and the Memberships committee.
