Stacy joined the WIBF Board in 2019 as Director of Communities and Networking and is delighted to take up this role at a time where gender parity and equality in Financial Services are being discussed and recognised as a vital element of corporate success. Stacy is proud to represent our network members, corporate members, and our male allies as we embark on our 40th anniversary in 2020.
Stacy is a passionate advocate of inclusion at all levels and has first-hand experience of implementing D&I strategies whilst working for the Managing Director of Tesco Bank who was the Diversity and Inclusion Executive Sponsor.
Now a Financial Services senior leader at PA Consulting, Stacy enables businesses and their executive committees to deliver transformative change, develop strategic priorities and iteratively deliver customer-centric propositions. Stacy has led teams across the industry to successfully implement new operating models, transformation programmes, new to market propositions, product launch strategies, and future business strategies.
Stacy is one of PA’s leading Financial Services transformation leaders, capable and confident in leading significant change and making complex organisational transformation achievable. Stacy is also one of PA’s Payment experts, with experience in leading an agile PSD2 and Open Banking business delivery team. Stacy has extensive knowledge and thought leadership on Open Banking, PSD2 and FinTech having worked in senior delivery roles both business and IT.
Stacy is a Chartered Banker Young Banker of the Year Finalist, a certified Agile and PRINCE2 Practioner and a Scrum Alliance certified Product Owner.
