Anna is founder and CEO of The Wisdom Council and is passionate about promoting a sustainable financial services industry that has a positive impact on society.

The Wisdom Council has a reputation for delivering strategic, technically complex, innovative and actionable strategies to improve consumer engagement and financial awareness. As part of TWC’s overall insights driven proposition Anna has prioritised the adoption of AI-driven technology and behavioural science to better understand and predict human behaviour and engage consumers at scale. She helps TWC’s 50+ financial services clients in delivering relevant and innovative product and service propositions designed to help individuals secure better financial futures. Recent work has involved launching the Yes She Can innovation project working collaboratively with over 3,000 women around the UK and 7 large financial services partners to engage women and drive behaviour change towards long term savings and investments.

Prior to launching TWC Anna ran a specialist wealth and asset management consultancy and worked in the City for over 20 years in senior roles including JPMorgan Private Bank and Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

Anna is a member of MAPS UK Financial Wellbeing Strategy – Gender and Financial Wellbeing Challenge Group and is a judge on the Private Asset Management (PAM) Awards. Anna is a member of the British Association of Women Entrepreneurs (BAWE) and recently stood down after 8 years on the Board of the Young Vic Theatre. She has been a member of WIBF for over 18 years.
