Stephanie began her career as a Securities Regulation lawyer with Wall Street firm Sullivan & Cromwell in Paris in 1992 before transferring to Lehman Brothers’ Investment Banking division (New York, London), prior to joining Equities Capital Markets and Equities Sales (London). Thereafter, she joined JP Morgan and latterly Citigroup (both in London) where she ran European Sales desks to large institutional French clients and UK hedge funds.
After a maternity break spent launching a family business, she moved to the buyside joining M&G’s Global Income Equities team in January 2018. She focuses on the fast evolving global landscape of ‘best practice’ governance, in effect bringing together her legal and financial markets experience across different jurisdictions.
Stephanie graduated from New York University School of Law (NYU) with a Master’s Degree (LLM) in Corporate Taxation & Securities Regulation and holds an MBA in Corporate Taxation and Finance from the Institute of Political Sciences in Paris (Sciences Po Paris), as well as a Corporate Tax & Securities Law Degree from the University of Paris II–Assas.
