Mira is a Wealth and Personal Banking Sustainability Manager at HSBC leading on the development of sustainable propositions for clients. She is particularly interested in ESG Investment Product Development/Strategy, Green Financing, and Business Process Improvement.

Prior to this role, Mira was a Customer Lifecycle Management Analyst supporting teams across Asia- Pacific, North America, and Europe as part of HSBC’s Graduate programme.

Mira has been active in advocating for female representation across financial services by leading a global taskforce within HSBC’s Gender Equality Employee Resource Group Balance, and whilst studying Philosophy at King’s College London founded a society to promote/support women looking to enter financial services in the City.
