Steph joined the WIBF Birmingham board in 2022. She is an experienced manager skilled in management, leadership, business relationship management and project management.

Working in finance for the last 18 years Steph has enjoyed the varied challenges this has brought her and opportunities to grow and develop. She is passionate about seeing others grow and become the best they can be.
