Senior Proposition Manager – Digital Identity, Barclays

Isabel is a senior proposition manager at Barclays, co-developing the strategy for digital identity. Isabel engages with a range of companies in this space, seeking to explore how the market may develop in the UK, whilst learning from other countries across the world that have active digital identity schemes. Additionally, Isabel is looking to develop the customer and corporate value propositions, focusing on customer need and business demand.

Prior to this, Isabel was Barclays’ Blockchain R&D Delivery Manager, where she ran experiments with this nascent technology across a range of use cases. Previously, Isabel led the operations for Rise London, Europe’s biggest FinTech co-working space, connecting the bank with FinTech startups to co-create the future of financial services. Isabel won a ‘Rising Star in FinTech’ award by We Are the City, a nationwide programme to promote future female leaders. Isabel was also featured on Innovate Finance’s ‘Women in FinTech Powerlist’, which celebrates the females that are shaping the FinTech sector.
