She advises Ultra High Net Worth clients in the UK on their investment management, succession planning and lending requirements, and currently has $160MM of Assets Under Management. Beyond banking, Simran is an ardent advocate of the women’s empowerment agenda - particularly financial independence - and works extensively in this domain.

Within financial services, she has mostly worked in investment banking with UBS and Bank of America, but also in private equity with Anacap FP, and she is now in investment management with AIG Asset Management Europe as the Head of Portfolio Services, where she is responsible for the on-going management of their investments in structured products and commercial real estate loans.

She achieved recognition and acclaim for Citi as a best practice employer through numerous Awards, she lead and authored a Global Study looking at the root causes leading to senior Female Attrition.
