Why did you join?: To part of a women’s network which is professional yet empowering and encourages development and professional growth amongst women in banking & finance sector.
How long have you been on the management team?: I joined the management team in July 2005
What does your current WIBF role involve?: I head up the Women on Board programme where I am responsible for organising a series of receptions/events, hosted by highly respected individuals in their own right, around encouraging more senior women into non-executive directorship opportunities and widening their portfolio career opportunities.
How have you benefited from joining WIBF?: To be able to contribute my professional skills and experience by way of encouraging and raising awareness of Board appointments, the importance of diversity and representation on Boards/committees and how women’s contribution is a valuable asset well sought after
