When did you Join?: 01/06/2000; Management Team Member
Why did you join?: I was impressed by the first WIBF event I attended. Networking with other professional women, having intelligent conversations, discussing potential solutions in an enjoyable friendly environment seemed to be the order of the day.
How long have you been on the management team?: I have been part of the management team since 2002.
What does your current WIBF role involve?: As the Chair it is important to preserve the aims and values of the group. To ensure the group grows and embrace innovative ways to help our members to progress professionally and personally. It is important to work closely with our corporate sponsors and work collaboratively with external organisations to ensure we offer our members the best services.
How have you benefited from joining WIBF?: Since joining the management team in 2002 I have held several posts from setting up a mentoring programme, running the Personal Excellence Programme to interviewing female Managing Directors for the WIBF Magazine. I have benefitted enormously by gaining new skills, taking calculated risks and meeting some inspirational members.
Favourite WIBF Event: I enjoy many of our events from Women on Board, the Personal Excellence Programme and social events. The pinnacle has to be our Annual Award Luncheon which celebrates the successes and achievements of outstanding women in the Financial Services industry.

How do you spend your time outside work?: I am a judging facilitator for the European Women Inventors and Innovators awards which proves there are so many truly enterprising and creative women around and I am a fair-weather jogger.
