When did you Join?: 02/07/1986; Management Team Member
Why did you join?: I originally heard of Women in Banking and Finance while on a Chase Manhattan credit course. I thought the idea of a network which welcomed everybody to join from new and upcoming professionals to senior executives - very refreshing. WIBF still holds true to these original values.
How long have you been on the management team?: I have been part of the management for almost 20 years
What does your current WIBF role involve?: I am the Head of Operations and involved in all the Group’s activities across all the branches.
My special pet projects are the Award for Achievement Lunch and the Golf Challenge day.
How have you benefited from joining WIBF?: I have opportunities to meet and network throughout the financial sector. I have had the pleasure of meeting many exceptional men and women. I have met many friends through WIBF and have enjoyed some truly memorable events and evenings.
Favourite WIBF Event: It would have to be the Annual Awards lunch each year at the Dorchester Hotel; however, the Golf Day would be a close second as everyone who participates has so much fun. We also had a great Champagne and Chocolate event one year that we must repeat soon.
How often do you attend a WIBF event?: 6 - 12 per year

Personal Profile

How do you spend your time outside work?: I spend the majority of time with my family going to the theatre or cinema and supporting my son on the rugby pitch.
I like to run and have completed 9 marathons; I’m also a regular attendee at our local gym.
What would be your ideal day off?: A leisurely shopping spree, theatre and a nice meal. Alternatively, I have started researching our family history and would like to visit towns where my ancestors lived.
Hobbies: Playing Golf & wine tasting
