Women in Banking and Finance has organised Ask the Experts Forum in partnership with Merrill Lynch EMEA Women's Leadership Council. This forum will present you with the opportunity to communicate directly with the experts within the industry and find answers to your questions.

The first event in the series will focus on the importance of a balance sheet in today's climate. This session will explain the terminology used on balance sheets, and help you to better understand the financial features of a firm.

Liquidity, bank finance, capital injections and share prices are just a few of the wide ranging current and topical areas that will be discussed by:
* Terry Winder, MD, EMEA and Pac Rim Treasurer, Merrill Lynch
* Ian Christie, Corporate Finance Director, BDO Stoy Hayward LLP
* Dilys Powell, Partner, Corporate Finance, BDO Stoy Howard LLP

Please note that prior experience or knowledge of the balance sheet is not a pre-requisite to attend this event.

The seminar will be followed by further networking opportunities and drinks.

The Chartered Institute of Bankers recognise WIBF Personal Development, Role Models and Speakers events for CPD.

Places are limited. Highly recommend you register as soon as possible. To register please sent an email to christine.lawrence@wibf.org.uk with details of your name and company and any questions you would like us to put to the panel.
