We are currently operating in a climate of financial challenge; job losses and insecurity about the future due to the current global economic situation, which unfortunately appears to be with us for the foreseeable future. Both individuals and businesses are affected, causing anxiety about personal finances and job security, and this in turn can have an impact on your ability to cope with these challenges.

Most people think about their physical health as a matter of course – but your mental health and wellbeing is critical as part of your ability to be resilient, more now than ever, given the social and work pressures we are all facing.

The session, led by Judith MacKinnon - Director of HR at SAMH, will help you improve your resilience by considering your mental health and wellbeing as a key element in your personal armory.
Join us for this insightful and timely session in the MonteCarlo Suite at the Blythswood Square Hotel, Glasgow.
