Cross organisational peer to peer development programme for women
Coaching Squared is a talent engagement programme that initiates and supports the co-coaching partnerships of emerging leaders. This summer we are launching a specific programme for women working in the banking and finance industry. The programme will provide a platform for participants with a similar level of experience to meet and select an independent peer from another banking organisation to act as co-coaching partner. Participants will learn how to coach, set development goals and together challenge each other towards progression.

Coaching Squared is approved by the Institute of Leadership and Management and was shortlisted for a 2010 Opportunity Now Award. To find out more please contact mairi@scenechange.co.uk See some video testimonials at http://www.scenechange.co.uk/coaching-squared
