Demonstrating Leadership in Times of Change & Uncertainty with Sarah Brummit

Bookings are closed for this event.

LEVEL: Advanced

The pace of change and degree of volatility and ambiguity that exist across complex organisations today, mean that leadership has never been so challenging.

Leaders work in a relationship business and must inspire, delight, motivate, enthuse, engage, challenge and support people like never before.

Leadership needs to be demonstrated in a way that provides clarity and direction, inspires confidence, aligns competing agendas, and encourages speed of execution – and this all needs to be done with poise and high impact.

Workshop structure
Via a pre-workshop activity, you will undertake personal reflection and feedback to the facilitator, Sarah Brummitt.

The workshop will help you to understand and practise some of the most critical influencing skills needed to enhance your ‘Executive Presence’, as well as whet your appetite to learn more.

You will do this through:
• Discussion and small group work exercises
• Practical application activities to immediately practise new skills
• Personal planning activity to identify next steps.

Workshop take-aways:
• A definition of ‘Executive Presence’ and what that actually means when it comes to demonstrating leadership
• Feedback from colleagues against which to gauge your own level of impact and ‘presence’
• At least 6 different communication tools to use immediately with colleagues and customers alike to maximise impact, provide clarity, drive change and reduce complexity.
