Do you ever feel unable to speak up in a group, or agree to do something because you felt unable to say no? Have you ever passed up an opportunity to apply for a new position because you weren’t absolutely sure you were able to do the job?A lack of confidence can hold people back from delivering their best performance, not only that but confident people help inspire confidence in others….the good news is that self-confidence can be developed – and in doing so can support us to work to our fullest potential.

During this session you will look at what self-confidence is and how you can train your brain to be confident, trying out some tools and techniques in three important areas to grow your confidence and unleash your potential for the workplace challenges ahead.
