• Planning and deciding what you want
• Gaining information and sharing perspective
• Bargaining and trading
• Committing and closing the deal
Through a series of questions Jeanette will challenge you to think about your future. You will consider such questions as:
• What do you want?
• What is the cost of the status quo?
• What or who might provide obstacles or barriers?
• Where are the supporters and supporting factors for your desired change?
• What action can you take to achieve the challenge you have set yourself?
From real world experiences she will share with you the Truths about Negotiating
• Conflict is negotiation distorted by emotion – passion is good
• Successful negotiation starts and ends with knowing what you want and then seeing and delivering success through others.
