The more skilled we become at handling personal transition, the more ready we are for our world of continuing and ever faster change, and the more willing we are to grasp new opportunities. As women we are often dealing with many simultaneous changes in our lives and careers, and therefore multiple transitions at any one time. We need to know how to focus our energy. This workshop will introduce you to the concepts and practical tools of Personal Transition Management
By the end of the Workshop you will:
• Begin to understand what happens to us as individuals as we go through change, and how this understanding enables us to manage change in our own lives and to lead and support others.
• Have insights into why incomplete transitions mean incomplete strategy implementation and unresolved issues in our personal lives
• Offer a way to address very human and often un-discussable aspects of corporate change which impact on business performance and waste organizational and personal energy
• Be given guidance on practical steps you can take to progress through each stage of transition
Cynthia is a thought partner, sounding board and coach to senior leaders as they initiate and implement strategic change. She has worked with top executives in all regions of the world, including Director of Change with the World Bank and Group Head of Organization Effectiveness with Shell. She has benefited from being a member of several women's networks and she now believes "it's pay back time".
