Dirty Tricks at Work - Understanding and Managing Negative Politics in the Workplace - Bristol

Self-serving agendas can cause untold damage to both careers and the bottom-line. In this session, we will explore the most common political tactics to forewarn and forearm. Equipped with these insights, we will also be looking at techniques and skills that you can develop to overcome those who oppose you with dirty tricks and turn these difficult situations to positive outcomes for all concerned. Put another way, you will learn how to "Influence with integrity".
