Ethnic Minority Women: 'Routes to Power'

The Fawcett Society commissioned research into ethnic minority women's routes into, through and out of decision-making positions. The research explored the key barriers and challenges ethnic minority women can face, the strategies they employ to overcome and handle these, what they bring to organisations, and the steps that are needed to increase ethnic minority women’s access to positions of power.
