(1) Why should I join the WIBF Network?
Becoming a member of WIBF offers free access to our online Job and Directory database. In addition to Event and networking opportunities, members can send each other private messages over the server. Our website provides a great opportunity for you to stay up to date on what is happening in the industry and in and around the UK while putting you in touch with people to build your network of like-minded individuals interested in Banking and Finance.
(2) How do I create an account?
Creating a new account is quick and easy! On the top of the page, click on Login then "Create new account". Next, fill in the required information (the fields marked with an asterisk) and any other information about yourself that you want to appear in your member profile. Then, click the "Create Account" tab on the bottom of the page, and a confirmation email that includes your randomly generated password will be sent to your mailbox. In that email, you will receive further instructions that describe how to login and how to change your password.
(3) How do I change my current password?
Once you've logged in, click on "My Account" in the sidebar on the Left-hand side of any page. Then, click on the gray "Edit" tab near the top of the page. Under the "Account information" section, enter your new password in the two fields underneath "Password," and then click on the "Save Account" tab at the bottom of the page.
(4) Help! I've forgotten my password!
No problem, just click on "Request new password" under " Login" on the Top of the homepage, and enter your username and your e-mail address. An email will then be sent to your mailbox with a new password.
(5) Can I change my member profile once I've registered?
Yes, simply sign in, and click on "My Account" on the Left-hand side of any page. Then, click on the grey "Edit" tab near the top of the page. This section divides your account information into "account settings" Membership” and "Personal” Information." All these sections include fields relevant to your member profile.
(6) How do I upload my picture?
After you have logged in, click on "My Account" on the right-hand side of any page. Then, click on the grey "Edit" tab near the top of the page. Scroll down until you reach the "Picture" section. Enter the file name or browse for the location of your picture in the "Upload picture" field, and then click on the "Save Account" tab at the bottom of the page.

(7) Can I view other members's profiles?
Yes, once signed in click on "Search” on the top right-hand side of any page then enter the members name you wish to search for. If you just wish to browse the full list of all signed up members enter an asterisk “*” into the search box. Once returned click on the members name to read the profiles of members of our community.
(8) Can I privately e-mail other users?
We keep our users e-mail addresses private for your privacy. However, you can still send other users private messages through our site. Once you've logged in, click on the user tab in the search screen Enter the username of the person with whom you wish to communicate. Once found , click on the "Contact" tab., The system will prepopulate your email address Just write your message, and click on the "Send Email " buttonat the bottom of the page.

(9) What is the difference between a "post" and a "comment"?
A "post" discusses a new topic chosen by whoever submitted the post. A "comment" directly responds to another member(s)'s previous post.
(10) How do I "comment" on another member(s)'s post?
If you're a member, first log into your account. Then, click on the post on which you would like to comment. At the bottom of the post, click on "add new comment." Then, enter your comment. You may title your comment if you please. You may also preview your comment by clicking on the white "Preview comment" tab at the bottom of the page. To submit the comment, click on the white "Post comment" tab next to the "Preview comment" tab.

(11) What does "RSS" mean?
"Really Simple Syndication" or "RDF Site Summary." It allows you to consolidate several news sources into one place, using a web service like http://www.bloglines.com/, instead of having to check several different websites for news.
