WIBF Scotland Graduate Opportunities

Graduates

We encourage new graduates to join us under two initiatives designed to support them through these early, challenging years.

A number of our members have been new graduates, and WIBF Scotland recognises the importance of creating a supportive network and identifying positive role models and mentors in the early stages of a career. We encourage new graduates to join us under two initiatives designed to support them through these early, challenging years. Like all WIBF members, graduates will benefit from:

  • access to all personal development, networking, role model and ‘time for you’ events; and
  • instant access to a network of professional women across many disciplines in the financial services sector and at different stages in their careers.

Graduate Membership
Graduates who are in the initial two years of their careers in financial services can join WIBF Scotland at a reduced fee of £30 (normally £55) for the first year’s membership.
Graduate Management Team Member
Graduates who are in the initial two years of their careers in financial services are welcome to join the WIBF Scotland Management Team.   • influencing and negotiating;
  • presentation and public speaking; and
  • communications and event management.

Time commitment is two to three hours per month.
In either of the above schemes, members will also have full access to events in London, Dublin and Bristol. If you are interested please contact ann.leverett@wibf.org.uk
