WIBF Scotland is run by members for members and our mission is to empower our members to realise their full potential. We deliver this through a structured calendar of events and opportunities, most of which are free to members

WIBF Scotland offers members events in the following categories:

  • Personal Development – workshops on personal or business skills. The Chartered Institute of Bankers Scotland (CIOBS) recognise these events for CPD
  • Role Model speakers – successful men and women sharing experience and expertise. The Chartered Institute of Bankers Scotland (CIOBS) recognise these events for CPD
  • Networking – opportunities to build effective and diverse networks
  • Time for You – our social events offering informal fun, involving the arts, culture or pampering
  • Speakers - a special interest group working on developing public speaking and presentation skills
  • Partner Events - we offer members opportunities to attend events run by our partner networks
