Distinguished Speaker Programme - Speaker: Louise Fleming, Barclays - Bristol

Louise Fleming is Head of Bristol & Somerset and Deputy Managing Director, Wales & South West Region for Barclays. Louise will be discussing "5 Top Tips for Managing Your Career”.

Louise joined Barclays in 2003. Before joining the Barclays Commercial Bank leadership team in the South West, she was Barclays Head of Professional Services responsible for a team of industry experts based in London and New York. Other roles she has undertaken at Barclays include global Chief Operating Officer of Barclays Internal Audit and as a Business Risk Partner in Commercial Banking. In her current role she is responsible for a team of Relationship Directors and Support Managers serving 1000 customers across the region.

Prior to joining Barclays, Louise worked in the accountancy sector providing risk consulting and audit services to large financial services clients. Her consulting experience includes a year working with the Financial Services Authority and a secondment to Sydney where she was responsible for developing the firm’s financial services industry practice for Australia and New Zealand.
