Dr Kathleen Long will give a 40 minute talk on managing a high profile 'portfolio career ' as well as helpful tips on everything from managing stress , staying motivated and managing the media! As well as being a well known media doctor (she presented a live 'phone in' on Scottish Television for many years) she is also a hypnotherapist, member of the British Society of Medical and Dental Hypnosis (Scotland) and an NLP master practitioner, trained in psychometric testing.

Have you ever been at a work-related function, where you stand watching a colleague handshake their way through the crowd and perhaps wondered how to take that first step to mingle in the crowd? Taking the first step and making the most of our networks can be quite daunting for a lot of us.

Introducing ‘WIBF Scotland Networks’ evenings! WIBF Scotland plans to take your networking worries away with the introduction of “WIBF NetWorks” evenings, to be held each month.

A brand new year and there is no better time to make a new year‘s resolution to do more networking… Women in Banking and Finance has a plan to take your networking worries away with the introduction of “WIBF NetWorks” evenings, to be held at Prism, 147 Leadenhall Street, London EC3V 4QT on the last Tuesday of every month.

There will be friendly faces to greet you at the door, a quick ice-breaker at each event and a few networking tips sent out before you arrive.

It’s our 30th Birthday year and also our fifth golf day and we continue to pursue our passion to develop WIBF member’s potential & confidence on the Golf course.
This is a great networking opportunity and a wonderful way to wind down for the weekend.

Whether you are the next Tiger Woods or never picked up a club in your life, Murrayfield Golf club are offering a Golf lesson on Wednesday 8th September.

The session will be a fun and practical session with the club’s professionals and includes drinks, snacks and some team competitions to round off the evening.
